Evaluation Procedures
Each submitted article will be independently reviewed by three reviewers. The decision to publish, modify, or reject is based on their reports/recommendations. After review, the editor will make four decisions based on the reviewers' recommendations:

> Accept: The submission will be accepted without revisions.

> Revisions Required: The submission will be accepted after minor changes.

> Resubmit for Review: The submission must be resubmitted, but with significant changes, it may still be accepted. However, a second round of review will be required.

> Reject Submission: The submission will not be published in the journal.
