Wasit Journal of Legal Sciences is a quarterly peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the University of Wasit - College of Law. It is published regularly and on specific dates every three months. The journal publishes four issues per year, distributed over the months of March, June, September, and December, with one or two supplements per issue to avoid delays in publishing research in the journal. The journal's editorial board seeks to maintain interaction and communication with researchers and to promote cultural, intellectual, and cognitive cohesion in Wasit Governorate, Iraq, and the world. The journal specializes in publishing research related to legal studies in both general and special branches. Research prepared for publication is subject to scientific and linguistic evaluation procedures, and is sent to specialized experts to determine its suitability for publication according to specific criteria. The goal is to verify the quality of the research and the robustness of its content, making it worthy of publication in this journal, in which researchers have placed their trust. They have made publishing in it their preferred choice, given the College of Law's distinguished leadership position in Wasit Governorate.
